Following the resounding success of the Inaugural Elevate-Derm Summer Conference, we extend a warm invitation to join us at the 2nd Annual Elevate-Derm Summer Conference. Hosted at the brand new Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in beautiful Park City, Utah, this premier event beckons Dermatology PAs and NPs to convene from July 23 to 27, 2025, for an extraordinary three-and-a-half-day experience crafted exclusively for dermatology APPs nationwide.

Credit Information: In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and Elevate-Derm Conference. Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Nurses (ANCC): This activity is designated for 25 contact hours. Nursing Pharmacology Credit TBA contact hours.
Physician Associates/Assistants (AAPA): Postgraduate Institute for Medicine has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 25 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
